ABOUT THE 8-WEEK BEGINNER PROGRAM:
Our 8-week beginner mindfulness meditation classes may be just the ticket. Seriously, science says so. Mindfulness is proven to help reduce stress; increase positivity; improve qualities such as empathy or compassion; help things go smoother at work or in your personal life by developing more awareness, better attention control and improved listening skills; AND it can help to treat or prevent a variety of diseases and mental health issues.Ya, ya, heard it before but never had it work for you? I promise you, you can learn this skill and it will be FUN. A lot of people think they’ve tried meditation before and it didn’t work, but having formal training and a group that you’re accountable to REALLY helps you develop a more consistent and effective practice.By the end of this 8-week program you’ll walk away with a package of 14+ meditations, tips on technique, guided meditations to help you along and a few tools to aid your practice in the future.
