When we have something important coming up, or if we are trying to overcome something in the moment, it can be hard to get away from our feelings of anxiety, dread, hopelessness and more. This meditation is designed to help you prepare for a future event or desire by helping you focus on a positive outcome, mentally and emotionally preparing yourself to achieve it along the way. It’s a really fun meditation to dream to, so I hope you enjoy it!
