Three-Minute Breathing Space

This meditation was adapted from the Three-Minute Breath Space developed by The Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto. This meditation is designed to help you calm down and re-centre, quickly. Deal with stress or even crisis more effectively by taking these three minutes to clear your head and get present.
